Long story short: I have a house I rent out to tenants. The last lot were evicted following non-payment of rent, and now I have new tenants.

All services are on, and the new tenant is asking who the suppliers are; unfortunately, I have absolutely no idea what to tell them.

Anyone know how to access this information, short of ringing up the likely suppliers and asking if the house is on the system?

Happened to me, too. FAQs at uSwitch helped.

Find out who the current supplier is at your new property. If the previous occupier of your house hasn't left you any information, you can find out who your gas supplier is by calling the Meter Number Helpline on 0870 608 1524. To find out your electricity supplier, call your local electricity distribution company - the number will be in the local phone directory under 'Electricity'
