Hi,
My Dad's fork is set too hard for him (not sure what spring there is inside it currently, but would guess he needs soft/medium) and at the current 100mm setting, the BB is too low on the bike.
Is it possible to change the spring and remove what I think is a spacer inside to give him 120mm of softer travel? If so where to buy spring/should I get LBS to do it?
