Is it just a case of lower leg service and then remove air shaft and top cap. Remove damper.

Or is it more complicated than that?

I’d think you have to pull the lowers off, remove the air tol cap and air shaft, then pop the damper out.  I thing else to remove really. Just have to cut the steerer to the right length and fit the crown race to it, then refit the bits you removed from th old one.

Which Lyrik? The process is broadly the same for all of 'em, basically think of it as being like removing every other part and you won't go far wrong. Usually worth bleeding the bladder if it's a modern lyrik

You would normally get the bushes done at the same time as a CSU swap.

It’s the newer black stanchion Lyrik, (2016 I think)
