Heading of in the morn for a ride up to the hores shoe pass and just wanted some input on the best way to do it i.e from llangollen or llandeglla and is the any good tried and tested places to camp up near the Ponderosa Cafe or any where just of the road with awesome views?
Easier ride from llandegla big hill down then a slow steady climb.
From the ponderosa go back slightly towards the steel gate on same side over gate and climb up to the aeriels, great views and flat at top, bit windy , but camp next to transmiter bases for shelter.Beware of icy pches on this road though.
