quite a few options.
cheapest is an old Sunrace Index hanger plate
DMR also do tug nuts with integrated hanger
Problem Solvers do a universal hanger
Mucky Nutz do an emergency hanger that might work.

Anyway, you're welcome. None will be perfect as it will be hard to get the wheel out but it is doable. Just cable tie the cable.
One problem will be the front deraillieur as no end stop but I would just go 1x10. Another option is a hub gear (alfine etc).
