Hope have always had brilliant service. Half the time, if you send them an email because some seals have gone on your ancient mono minis, if they have your details on their system....spare parts will just turn up on your doorstep....for free.
They'll keep getting my money. I'm eagerly awaiting and hoping their integrated cassette and crankset are going to be as good as my new Tech Evo V2's. 
These things freaking well rip my eyeballs out with a light touch on the lever, whilst at the same time being easy to modulate! Way way more powerful than the Oro's I was running on my main rig and easier to bleed. Bonus!
