Hi guys, Just wondering if Hope wheels get updated every year?

Reason for asking is that im thinking about purchasing some for racing on but didnt know wether or not to wait til beginning of next year if there going to release a new (better, lighter) wheel? 😀

Ta

Generally not the Pro II was around for a while before they tweaked it for the evo.

If a new lighter rim comes out they may use it. I doubt their hubs are about to get any lighter (and other lightewr ones are available)

The wheel sets are just on whatever is current.

If you want the best option get some hubs and spec the rest. Costs more but you can get exactly what you want.

Maybe a carbon seatpost and handlebars would be the best way to loose weight?

No idea but you need to weigh your current stuff first before buying new, if you want to save weight.

Best bet is either to list everything here and your budget and sift through 50 conflicting ideas 🙂 or pop in to either a lbs or speak to some people at races (mechanics etc) and get some opinions. Be warned if the easy stuff is done its £/g.
