My daughter has Hope tech 3 brakes on her DH bike. We have some Hope tech evo brakes on an xc bike. Both levers have adjustable reach and BPC. Can i take the tech evo levers as spares for our alpine trip? To fit the tech 3 v4 brakes on the DH bike?

Yes, they are interchangeable. Biggest concern would be if they could push enough fluid for the v4 but both have been specced with that caliper so you're fine.
