End caps+a axle?
Confused as didnt know a 10mm axle existed! My new frame turned up withou std drop outs grrrrr
if evo just end caps, if old pro 2 axle and end caps

Oh you can get 10mm axle or 10mm bolt up

10mm will fit normal dropouts. Standard QR dropouts are 10mm.
I am confused by you thinking this is non standard could they be 12mm?
you have 2 options
10mm bolt up
This has an axle that is threaded at the ends and you screw in 2 10mm bolts to secure the wheel.
10mm axle
This has a hollow axle similar to a standard QR or 12mm maxle and you will need some kind of 10mm skewer to secure the wheel.

std rear dropouts are 10mm, aren't they?
Stick to std. QR drop outs, It will save you time stripping it next week when you sell it 😀
I think bolt-up and thru axle will both work with QR dropouts.
Ah panic over. They look bigger- measure 9/10mm across each dropout.

Measure the drop-outs. As above a normal QR or a 10mm through bolt or through axle will fit in standard drop-outs. If the drop-out is wider, like 12mm, then it needs a 12mm axle. Do Meta 5s not have the option for either a 10mm or 12mm axle depending on which dropouts you fix?

It's okay, he can fix it by buying a new set of 12mm drop-outs then asking how to convert a Pro 2 to 12mm x 142... 😉
