So - long story short, I was supposed to get a set of wheels with Hope Pro 4 150 hubs set up for 150 to go on my Tues. They seem to have come with 157 endcaps and not 150. The seller has promised me that he's put some 150 endcaps in the post, and I've no reason to believe he hasn't.

However, recent events have put a bit of pressure on. Basically my wife wants the bike out of the my eldest childs bedroom before he comes back from his grandparents 🙂 I've suggested she isn't being reasonable, but the fact I'm now writing this gives you some idea how that went 😀 Removing it from said bedroom would be made easier if I could put the rear wheel on and store it with the others.

Anyone happen to know what endcaps I would need to make a Hope Pro4 150 hub back into a 150 from 157 and if anyone sells them express delivery. I realise this might mean I may end up with two sets at some point, but I'm willing to take that risk (unless they're like fifty quid or something).

Just put the axle through without the end caps on and be careful with it

Just put the axle through without the end caps on and be careful with it

The wheel will be held in place side-to-side by the chain / brake rotor, hence the "careful" bit.

Ah OK - yes, for that bit. gotcha. That might be an option, but I'm busy playing the victim and making a drama out of it for the moment 😀
