So I've watched the videos, should be a doddle to pull off the qr covers, then pop the 20mm ones in thier place. Easy.
Only the burgers are stuck tight.

Thoughts? Stick em in a vice at work in the morning? Hacksaw? Mtfu? I have no intention of using the qr spacers again so don't mind if I destroy them

Q1. It's definitely a Pro2?

(you wouldn't be the first....)

I managed to pull mine off using pliers and my thumbs (only just though). Tore the skin off one of my thumbs too!

I'd give the vice, pliers/molegrips a go. They should eventually come off.

You have taken the circlips out? Mine pretty much fall out once the circlip is gone.

There are no circlips on the QR adapter - only the 20mm

I'm looking now, that appears to be right. Certainly none I can get off. Vice then?

Vice I reckon 🙂

I was fitting the 15mm adapters to mine.

Yep. There's nothing other than a rubber o-ring and years of crud holding them together 🙂

I had to use a vice when I did mine a while back. Took a fair bit to shift them!

Thin Allen key in from the opposite side and tap them out

Is the winner. Thank you. Vice ripped the metal collars off and left the spacers in situ!

Don't forget to grease the 20mm axle or you will be doing this all over again in 6 months.

You won't as the 20mm axle is held in by circlips which are easy to remove from the outside. Issue on 20mm is sometimes the axle can get stuck. This is much easier to overcome though. Grease should stop this problem.

Hence the need to grease it as suggested!
