I've had an annoying high-pitched squeak on my bike (HT) for the last couple of rides which I've narrowed down to the freehub body. The wheel's only 3 months old.
I've taken the body off & rotating the bearings inside confirms it's the source. They don't feel particularly rough. There was, however, a small drop of moisture on the axle.
So - do the bearings need replacing or is there something else I should try first?
And has the re-design of the drive side spacer from Pro 2 to Pro 2 Evo meant that the hubs are more prone to letting water in?

Squeal could very well be rubber seals, well, rubbing.

The ones sealing the bearings? Anything I can do to stop it?

Pop them off and whang some bearing grease in there.
