When I try to install my front wheel it doesn't tighten down? I have adjusted the Fox axle nut but there is still a few millimeters gap? I have the 15mm conversion kit for the hope hub, the axle is a fox 15mm QR. I must be doing something wrong? Im totally baffled!? Any ideas would be appreciated.

Can you do a photo of the other side, and some from the bottom. Also one of the gap.

And... One of the hub ends, when its not in the fork.

That'll give me a better idea what's going on.

Also, can you remove the end caps from the hub - just pull hard. And see if the bearings have collapsed....

That last photo doesn't look right. My Fox QR15 sits flush and doesn't protrude from the fork leg at all. Photo of the axle and fork lowers with axle removed?

Probably wrong adaptor, somehow

I had a similar thing with a BULB and it was because they had changed the adaptor slightly at some point in the range life

Give hope a bell, it could be that your got pro2 adapters not the pro2 evo adapters.

If I've got time I'll do a bit of research and come back to you.

I don't think they are even Hope adapters!

They certainly don't look like my 15mm ones.

I thought all Hope OE ones had an o ring on the bit that goes into the hub 😕

those are Pro 3 spacers not Pro 2/evo, send them back to the retailer for a swap

I recently had done mislabeled hope adapters through from CRC too. In my case it was a 135mm axle in a 142mm bag.

sorry rickon thats not the axle, thats a temporary screw holding the axle nut in place.

i think you guys are right, it has to be the wrong adaptors. i ordered 15mm pro2evo ones but they could have bagged up the wrong ones.

if someone could tell me the dimensions of their 15mm adaptors that would help! thanks for all the help! when yr a noob you always think yr doing something wrong!
