Hi all, can you convert a 135mm x 9mm QR Hope pro 2 to a 142 x 12 bolt through ?

yes, look up hope tech docs on the hope website. there is a ProII conversion kit (you need to replace a bit more on the ProII over the Evo)

You'll need at least A new axle, not initially, but they modified the axle to create the evo because they kept snapping the Pro2 one on 142 back ends.
