Its a Hope Mono 160 caliper that says 05-04 on it and i want to put it on an 08 post mount Vanilla.
Any help much appreciated

Is the caliper post mount or IS? Post mount should fit straight on without a mount, if it's IS then you'll need to know the caliper number to be sure which mount is needed (stamped just above the lower mount on the inside.)
