This may sound obvious but can't you just offer them up to see which half goes with which?

Small goes with large. The small ones are identical, although I notice that you've two different piston types - so just match the top left with the bottom right and you'll be fine. You'll need an o-ring at the fluid port between the two halves.

Yeah, I've two differet piston types. I don't understand, because all the two are no.3 callipers. I thought i had to pair the different piston types... 🙂

They look to be the same to me. However, two have the new style of piston. I'd match top right to bottom left and put these on the front and the other two on the rear. As stated, don't forget the port o-ring.

they're both no 3 caliper halves (the small caliper half os the same through the range. Two of the halevs have the newer "double" piston (not sure if they're phenolic or if that's something else.

Personally as suggested aboive I'd pair them up by piston type. PUt the caliper with "double" pistons at the front of the bike

The two-piece pistons aren't phenolic (plastic); they're just Hope's early attempt at keeping heat from the brake fluid. Phenolic pistons didn't appear until later versions of the Mono calipers, although they can be retrofitted to the original Mini/M4 calipers.
