right I've asked Hope but it's near the middle of the night so while I wait I'll ask here as well. I've got the old Tech M4 brakes with the long lever blades, are the new tech 3 blades compatible? Are the holes in the same place etc.
Anyone upgraded? I know I can buy new complete master cylinders but the blades are a lot cheaper

You Can't.
Pivot holes in the Tech/Evo blades are larger diameter than the Tech 3 due to the different pivots.

Ah shame that, ta teeth grinder.
Ah well back to the drawing board, new master cylinders, new brakes or move em even further inboard ( they'll be next to my stem at the rate I'm going)
