No, unless they specifically bundle it together. Stans yellow tape and a Stans valve (not a UST one) required.

Yeah - I wish they didn't fit it.
Wish they'd tape them with the yellow stans stuff. That works with both. Then their tubeless kit could just be valve and spaff.
Don't forget a needle file to remove the tape round the valve hole, makes it easier to get an airtight seal on the valve. I have used the threads on a presta valve before but a file is much easier and more effective!
Standard electrical tape and tubeless valves from superstar work fine for me on Flows.
