Hold the brakes on and rock forward to make it creak.
Also when riding and it's getting on my moobs.

Take it apart,clean, grease all of the contact surfaces, re-assemble as per instructions.If bearings feel rough, replace with new.

If above doesn't work, Knock it out of the frame and find the crack in the cup. I've broken 2 so far. They crack just where they go into the frame and cause a constant creaking when they break.

It was only the bloody 15mm Qr on the Fox forks!
