Just put a new freehub on a hope pro 2 evo hub and it spins fine but when I tighten down the syntace x 12 axle it seizes up.
I'm sure its something stupid. Anyone any ideas?!

No experience of it myself, but is the oft occuring 'spacer on the back of the old freehub hasn't been transferred to the new freehub because it stuck to the back of the old freehub and didn't know it was there' issue?

Either the missing spacer washer mentioned above, or you haven't seated the seal correctly.
