Quick and easy question..
Have a hope freehub lying around.
Was sold it as a stainless steel pro 2.
Going to give it to a mate but starting to question whether it's a pro 4?
Has a green seal on it... Is there anyway to tell which model it is?

I think if its the green seal it's Pro4.
Is it an xd driver? As far as know Pro2 are Gold, Pro4 are silver.
If it's a Shimano style freehub the Pro 4 only has 2 bearings, the Pro 2 has 3
Call Hope and ask them.
Only Shimano freehubs are made in steel because they are prone to getting chewed up.
A quick image search shows the Pro2/3 have a black seal, while the Pro4 have a green one.
If it has a green seal it's a Pro 4
