Anyone else had there axle snap? My rear mech broke as well and just wondering wether this may be down to the axle snapping?
Ive snapped the free hub when i had the maxle light. Lbs swapped maxle to full one and hope replaced freehub free as its a well known issue.
I've done 2 or 3 on the older XC hubs.....
The bearings wear out on the newer ones before I get chance to test the axles.....
Yeah I've snapped a few of the older ones but that was a Maxle issue which I thought they'd sorted out? Just wondering more if that's the reason why it's mangled my rear mech up too?
Did it just break JRA, or did you break it through jumping etc?
I've a couple of evo wheels with no issues.

Yeah it was after a jump tbh but surely they should withstand a little bit of abuse?
They are certainly better than the old type they had, maybe it was just a freak snap sort of.
