Ive got a set of old Hope Mono M4s.
Last ride out, there is just zero power. Between rides i demonstrated by holding the front brake on and pedalling across the car park.
No leaks. Rear possibly needs a bleed.
pads only about half worn, (guessing glazed or contaminated)
Whats the order of refurb for the brakes.
New set of Shimano Zee's
Clean and sand the existing pads
New pads
Straighten/Clean/rough up the rotors
New rotors - how do you even know you need new rotors?
Bleed the fluid
investigate piston seal replacement, are there seals in the master cylinder i need to think about
Flush and Bleed right through would be first on my list.
Pads and discs through Dishwasher
New Pads
New discs
Are the pads even moving?
"Old" probably means seized aluminium pistons.
Replacing them with the newer phenolic pistons would cure it, that's if you can get the old ones out.

If all else fails, contact Hope. They will likely be full of useful suggestions and IIRC, will often be able to quote for a full refurb if you don;t want to do DIY.
cheers guys, kinda what i expected.
*off to shed*
Hope service/refurb is good value ... Was a couple of years ago when I last used it (£40) an end I think ? Adding up the parts came to over £40 8)
Come back box fresh 🙂
Hope refurb oh beaten to it..
And they replace the pads (or used to do at least)
