I have a set of Mono M4's with Mini levers. Are the M4's compatible with more modern levers? Like the Tech3's?

No the levers are fine (although they do squeak for some reason) but I like the look of the Tech3's with the extra fiddly bits on them 😀
And E4 pads fit M4 brakes. Give or take.
Note the caliper is different though pad is the same. The older m4s had two piston sizes where newer brakes are both the same. Doubt this makes much difference.
However I imagine overall it may be cheaper to sell your current bushes and buy tech 3s.

Dunno about that, £89 each for the levers (in black) so £178 down vs £390 for two Tech 4 E4's and maybe £140 back if you're lucky leaving you £250 down.
If you want Tech 3 levers I'd get in quick though, it looks like they're being phased out (to no surprise).
