So looking to get a set of Hope Tech 4 V4's and trying to work out which mount I need for front & rear.
Forks are Fox 38 Performance Elite 29" 170mm, which without adapter is 180mm PM
Frame is Nukeproof Mega 290 Carbon, with standard 180mm PM on the rear.
Currently running Shimano SLX with 203mm rotors, and know that the Hope calipers don't generally work with the Shimano adapters.
So which one do I need?
I thought I needed adapter 'C', as most retailers list adapter 'C' as PM 203, but hope list this as 160-203PM......

Looking at the rear mount on the Mega I'm guessing it's actually 'H' that I need?

Thanks.
I'd go with what Hope are telling you. The retailers aren't wrong (ie a C is a 203 adaptor), just not giving the full information (ie C is a 160-203 adaptor).
Actually - your buying Hope V4 brakes - you need to buy the Hope Vented rotors too - get them in 200mm and use the 'L' mount.
If your not gonna buy the vented rotors then just buy E4 brakes.
Actually – your buying Hope V4 brakes – you need to buy the Hope Vented rotors too – get them in 200mm and use the ‘L’ mount.
You don't need to - hope will work with anything but they do feel better if you run a 2.3mm+ rotor, vented or otherwise.
As for adapters - I've gone to E4s on my Mega and just used the Shimano adapters that were there to start with. No problems experienced.
It sounds like you're on the same bike (given the fork model).
Thanks all - appreciated, looks like 'H' is the one.
Will be going for Hope 2.3mm rotors too.
I had to use a H on my alloy Mega with 200mm rotor cos the mount wasn't welded correctly, rear of the caliper scraped the rotor with an L mount, seems perfect with the H on, not like I can get a warrantied seatstay, your carbon model won't give you that problem though.
