Well, Vision 2 light set bought...ooo, around 2 to 3 years ago; last year it stopped working properly and got sidelined as it was out of warrenty.
Couple of weeks ago thought, it is a 150 quid light....you cannot afford to have it lying around broken!!...get your act together, post it back to Hope and see how much it will be to repair.
So last thursday it was posted off to Hope....rang them this morning to see if they had recieved it ok and what the damage was....
ONLY to be told all sorted and back in post to me; all sorted under warrenty with new battery and new charger!!!!!!!!!!!!
Totally gobsmacked....amazing service! Even more so when it turned up this afternoon!!!!!
Cannot praise them enough.
It's brilliant when that happens isn't it, send them a little thank you gift such as a box of chocs or something similar so it keeps the lads at Hope motivated to do it again.
