Yet again, just had amazing service from the Hope guys.
Years out of warranty ......and quite prepared to pay for a repair.....I returned my Vision 2 light set as not charging/ duff battery / duff light?....I knew not which was at fault but too expensive a light set to just throw out.
Returned 2 days after posting, repaired , and no cost.
Amazing.......
There are companies and people out there who have faith in their products and care about their customers.
Top guys, I've had some ace service from them too. In no particular order:
- Re-ratcheted my singlespeed hub
- Re-newed my V2 light as per OP
- Fixed a set of Tech 2 / V2 brakes I was struggling with
All of the above for absolutely minimal fee.
Just this week, battery cover on Mrs Digga's 1 LED light broke after not many days use and they've sent a new one.
Very easy firm to deal with.
I returned my vision 2 lights 3 times after problems with? Charger/battery/cable??
Always taken care of FOC.
Returned a number of notched free hub bodies, always replaced FOC.

Same here, my Vision 2's are a good few years old but they still replaced a dodgy battery.
