Send it back to Hope! I snapped a tooth on my T-rex a few years back and they sent a new one out straight away, had it in a few days.
Top tip Lawman91.
I sent it back and the lovely folk at Hope replaced the aluminium part of the cassette so all is good in the world.
Apologies to dirtyrider for possibly the 2nd most unsurprising post of the year.

Hi Dave, if I'm honest I found it a bit of a nightmare to set up for decent shifting.
It was wearing okay with 2-3 rides per week for 6 months but 2 of the aluminium teeth snapped off.
Hope replaced the ally bit under warranty though.
I'm running an X01 cassette now which shifts a lot nicer.
