I need to renew my current home ins policy. Currently we are with Aviva who allow us £2500 per bike as an option for very little on top.The £2500 dose not completely cover replacement but will soften the blow.
So what's the go to insurance company to cover bikes and contents etc.

I just insured 2 bikes over that amount with Aviva, they just loaded the premium a little. Maybe ask them again?

Direct Line Select came out very favourably at the last round of discussions.

I use to be with Esure, bikes over £5k each and they were great (had to claim for a couple of stolen bikes). Unfortunately when I moved they would insure my whole post code as it's deemed a flood risk (even though I live on a hill), so swapped to M&S for the same cover (although I've "think" I remember hearing they may not be offing the higher bike values for new policies, could be wrong). Did seem more expensive than Esure mind.
