Anyone else been waiting ages for an order? Ordered a chainring over 9 weeks ago, Managed to get a reply a couple of weeks ago saying his supplier had closed for 2 weeks over Xmas without telling him, and that it should have been sent last week, but nothing more despite emailing him again. Getting a bit pi@@ed off now. Can anyone tell me if you get an email telling you it's been despatched?
Just my email history, yep I got an automated ASN when the goods were dispatched.
There was something similar on mtbr.com
I think he is simply swamped with work and doesn't have any admin staff.
When I dealt with him (a year back) I got the stuff within the period he quoted, and it's nicely made.
