After a bit of looking I have changed my opinion it is likely to be a cat 3 climb from woodhead A628.
Cat 2 from Holmfirth side.

Easier from the Woodhead side. It's a tough climb from Holmebridge.
I think they'll be coming from Huddersfield so up from Holme.
