Stupidly I placed an order with this shower before checking out their reviews, not only have they "lost" the parts but they are telling me they need to carry out an investigation before refunding. This has taken 3 weeks so far. So if you need to order parts don't use them.
However on a brighter note, Bike24, Bike-components and r2-bike have all delivered competitively priced parts on time.
Chargeback? They do have 28 days in law tho to deliver
Yes Ive contacted Paypal and have to wait, annoyingly though when I ordered the item it was the last one in stock and yet they still have them in stock !
Sorry to hear you’re having problems, hope you get sorted soon. As a counter-point I used them for a vaguely obscure part (replacement threaded axle for a rear coaster brake hub, they were one of the few places that seemed to have them in the right size outside the USA, shipping was reasonable and swift and part did its job as hoped. I guess it may be luck of the draw 🤔
I bought something from them about a year ago, 3T Aerobar parts and it arrived ok.
