Looking for ideas for a family holiday location.

Mrs HBH like to sit by pool reading a book. I don't.

Tried Saalbach and it pee'd it down for a week (2 years ago)......was going to give it another go next year.

Would somewhere like Sierra Nevada be a better bet?

Anyone else juggled with this and come up trumps?

Wife likes to relax by a pool. I like to actually do something. Neilson is perfect.

Then what sir is after is a Neilson holiday booked through the voyage prive website. Only come up every now and then but jump on one when you can. A week in the Adakoy club, Turkey this high season with BA flights out and all meals minus two evenings for £600 per adult.

It is but doubt you'll find a pool and something/anything for the kids to do up in the hills! The transfers alone would be a nightmare with/for the kids and possibly take up too much space for any biking company who usually cater for bikers and their bikes 💡
Booking a 'Costa holiday and a few days with Alan and his guides would be a plan. I have done this twice. You don't need to stay in Fueng, anywhere along the Costa then get the train down to Fuenga. I just hired a bike. Another time I went up to Alora from Benalmadena. Train to Malaga then another up to Alora. That firm no longer exists though.
Try Madiera & Freeridemadiera, did that a couple of months ago. Relaxed riding with van uplifts.
I bike, MrsT does pool/book/coffee/cake etc 😉

We did a First Choice Holiday Village, in Turkey a few years ago.
Despite our worst fears it was actually very good.
Kids loved it.

Plenty of tempting looking hills all around...

Yup. I left the family at home and went to Verbier.
