I have this frame and it's annoying me now that I can't ID it. All I definitely know is that it's not a Kona.

No brake lugs on the back to speak of, it's 130mm road spacing and has V's on the front, runs 700C wheels. Oh, and it's steel of some variety.
Any ideas?
That under the down tube cage mount has me interested! Especially without one on the seat tube.
Looks mid 90s, but am stumped.
Some kind of midgets touring bike with a mismatched fork if you ask me.
But while trying to be a jump bike
Is it an old sunn that someone’s hacked the brake bosses off?
Pretty sure it's American, I was told what it was supposed to be but can't for love nor money remember.
TR yes, the forks are mismatched albeit they are only 20mm longer than the other set that are supposedly original. I thought I'd taken a picture of those... In any case they look like normal curved forks. Will get one tomorrow
has it been painted with white emulsion? 😆
Might as well be, it's a terrible rattle can job.
Sweet mother of...

So that has appeared in the classifieds, not sure but a close match barring the outside bottle mounts. Possibly a Jamis.
Comparing it to a 2000 Exile I reckon it could be a Coda of similar vintage?
