I'm trying to justify buying a full suss but can't really, other than I'd like one for the 2 or 3 Enduro races I do in a year. I'd prefer to hire one for a week when races are on but I doubt any right-minded outfit would rent a bike to be raced on. Or.... Anyone know anything different?

Why would anyone? Remember you pay for any damage...

How about having a frame and fork combo that you can swap wheels, brakes dropper etc over to for races. I did that with a couple of bikes and it worked ok.

Thought about that but I can rarely be bothered changing tyres never mind everything...

Race in hardtails categories?

Or just buy an old school (worthless) 26 FS and except you won't be able to keep up
