Ordered some new Lyriks from Hibike.de to be delivered to my address in France on 26/8/09

Impossible to track the order on the website, waited over a week no reply to emails, phoned Thursday and they said they would send them off straight away, saying they thought I was making a bank transfer (despite them having my card details!)
Still can't track anything on the site and no confirmation that the forks have been sent out or postal tracking number.
Does anyone else use Hibike ,what was your experience of them?
Used them a few times ages ago for tyres when the Euro was doing poorly vs Sterling. None too quick, but they were OK. Their email response was fine.
I haven't used them for a while but, apart from not being CRC fast, they were absolutely fine.
