my specialized tahoe shoes have decided to fall apart and im after a new pair,im a size 48 and have a wide foot, whats the best way of getting the right fit without driving all over the country trying on various makes and sizes, ive had 2 pair of tahoes but they seem to be a bit flexy what does everyone else use.
If you have wide feet Specialized are probably the best bet for fit. If you want something stiffer you simply have to spend more but accept they will not be as comfy to walk in if you do a lot of lugging the bike up and over stuff. The Rimes are apparently pretty good but a big step up in price.
