Ive got a fox dh4 spring shock with a 400 spring how do i know if this is the right spring for my weight

Depends on bike and weight, and usage- ask the manufacturer. If they're half-decent and it's a bike that's supplied with a coil as standard, they'll know.
TF's calculator isn't that reliable IME, it was about 50% out for my Herb, and not much closer on my Hemlock.
