Canwe safely presume you are undoing themthe right way ?
The drive side pedal is a normal thread and will losen in the non-pedalling direction , whereas the non-drive side is a reverse thread and will also losen in the non-pedalling direction.
But you knew that already.

# Boil a kettel and pour the boiling water over the pedal/crank

# soak in penetrating oil

# Try tightening slightly then undoing

# put 8mm allen key in pedal and (seriously) whack it with a hammer, then try undo it.

# cry

# lie to your missus about how much the new cranks cost.

These are quite good:

Or, take the cranks off stick the allen key in a vice and turn the cranks. You have to think very hard about which way to turn them, though

Try using your seat post or something similar to increase the leverage on the allen key.

Last effort, but you may well ruin the pedals. Strip the pedals down to a bare axle, and put the axle in a vice, then turn the cranks. You may need to have a short bit of scaffold pole over the crank arm to increase leverage. Make sure you are turning the cranks the correct way or you will strip the thread in the cranks. Do the non drive side first as that is the cheapest to replace if it goes wrong.

Good luck

very gently and with a junior hacksaw, which has a thin blade, put crank arm in an upright position, and gently make a cut in the top of crank, front to back half way across spindle cut down to spindle which is steel and then squirt in plenty of oil and leave overnight

Use something bigger.
When they finally come undone revel in your success for a split second before ripping your hand apart against the frame, cogs, chain or floor.
