I didn't know this work was going on... sounds like it will help rebalance the justice system with regard to cyclists getting hit
CTC backs proposed revisions to the Victims' Code (England & Wales) that would mean that road crime victims wouldn't be left out any more. But to ensure that they have equal rights, please email the Ministry of Justice by 16 August - we've set up a tool to help, so it'll only take about a minute!
