I'm going slightly mad trying to figure this out, any help or experience appreciated:
I have a RS Reverb, and it seems to bleed through easily enough (following RS instuctions, speed dial movement etc), but then after 5 or so Up-Downs, it gets slower and then eventually wont release.
If I re-bleed it gets better again for 5 up-downs.
It says to me air is getting in somewhere, or there is a leak internally. But there is no fluid coming out when operated, and all the connections are done up tightly.
Any idea? is it buggered, or am i missing something?
It has now been bled through about 20 times!

I've had my reverb for almost 2yrs now and never bled it. The only time I had an issue with a slow returning saddle it was due to the air pressure that was way below the 250psi that it should be (it wsa about 125psi). This gave variable performance of the return of the saddle, sometimes quick, sometimes slow and not getting to the top. Since I topped up the pressure it has performed flawlessly. If you've bled yours 20 times then I think you can rule out air in the system. The laws of probability say that you should have stumbled by accident on a successful bleed by now.
When you bleed it, you're only bleeding the hose & button, not the post itself.
Sounds very odd, but like there's an internal problem somewhere.
There's a lot of Reverb bashing on here, but they're one of the few that can be fixed in a decent LBS without having to be sent away for weeks waiting to be done.
(not suggesting you're reverb bashing-just going by previous threads)
