My stealth reverb remote is stuck in the open position (i.e. fully extended) and I cant compress it with my thumb regardless of how hard I push. I followed a youtube video pretty carefully (gmbn) and was fairly confident I did a good job - until I went to test. If it was air in the system, surely the remote would compress a little rather than being solid. I've tried rebleeding both ends multiple times with no change. The remote compresses fine when the bleed screw is off and the syringe is in. Very confused!!
I have an enduro at the weekend and doubt my LBS will have time to look at it before. Any thoughts / suggestions greatly appreciated!!
Are you getting free flow between the syringes when bleeding, if not then you may have kinked the hose (likely if you've pushed the seatpost into the frame without pulling the hose through at the same time).
Kinked hose?
Was the speed adjuster in the the correct position when bleeding? (can't remember if it should be fully in or fully out).
