Have a Hope pro2 trails/ss rear hub fitted with a mavic 717 rim brake type rim, and being fussy want to swop it for a mavic 717 disc type rim, as the spoke count is the same on both rims, can I just do a swop?
or is there a bit more to it than that!
You need to check that the erd is the same. Mavic use a weird measurement for erd (ssd? I think) doesn't matter as long as they are the same...

Half a millimetre in it apparently so the same spokes will be fine.
