I'm sure I'm not after a moon on a stick but can't seem to find what I need.
I want a very waterproof jacket to be worn in a hot climate (Thailand's rainy season). It should be either well vented or breathable.
It ends to be in bright colours as my wife's current fixation is hi-viz.
The jackets I can find are either 'water resistant' or 'warm...perfect for winter riding' or 'got wetter with sweat than the rain".
Don't want to spend too much.

Tie wrap an umbrella to your helmet. There is not a jacket around that will keep you dry, and not be boil in the bag in that climate.
