Need a new saddle as my current one is truly, truly awful! I want to avoid the hassle of buying loads of different saddles then having to sell them on when they're rubbish, so can I go somewhere to get a proper fit? I'm a skinny/boney devil so my sit bones are taking a battering!
Measure your sit bones first.. Get some alu foil

All depends on how narrow they are will determine what width of saddle to go for..
pop in to your LBS, they'll have some sort of saddle fit program. If you came into see me i'd even suggest watching you pedal on our turbo to give me even more info to match you up. Plenty firms offer a test program too.
Get some padded shorts; or put a cushion on your saddle.
