Spent a bit of time away from mtb and on my return I'm bamboozled by all the apparent rear axle options.
To simplify things, one of the bikes I'm interested in is the Trek Superfly which currently has a 142 x 12mm axle. Is this a common size that's here to stay for a bit or has it already been superseded by another type (I'm coming across the word 'Boost' a lot)
