Hi folks. Bled my brakes on my road bike and there seems to be fluid coming out of this hole (pictured, hopefully!) Got a good solid lever but leaking fluid.. help!

it could well be just a bit of fluid that dribbled down from your bleed port (when removing the funnel or when reinstalling the bleed port cap) - it just happened to dribble into that recess.
I highly doubt there's any sort of overflow hole in there
