I foolishly didn't use or recharge my Exposure Race light for a very long time, and now it seems broken.
The light switches on when I plug it in to charge, ans the button does not work to switch it off or change the setting.
I've tried leaving it on until the batt runs out, and leaving it plugged in for a couple of hours to see if it works better once there is more charge in there- neither has worked. Does the hive mind have any ideas how to fix this?
I'd just send it back to Exposure. Their customer service is second to none, it'll come back in perfect working order for not very much money at all and probably quicker than you trying all sorts to make it work and never quite knowing if you can trust it!

I've just raised a bizarre issue with a TraceR. Response from Exposure was quick and very positive. Predictably of course, having raised the issue the light has decided to work OK now.
