Hi, I hope someone can offer some leads on where to get a fork rebuild kit. The bike is a Yeti 575 from around 2012 I think. The forks are Rockshox Revelation XX Dual Air 32mm. They have remote hydraulic lockout. The Dual Air bit is the weird part, as it's the system where they have a schrader valve in the bottom of the fork leg as well as the top, and you independently pressurize both ends. I can't find this exact model anywhere in Rockshox parts lists, and I can't find a rebuild kit for it. There is a Dual air Revelation listed, but this is something different. It has a knob on the top to switch between two different preloads and the air spring is different.
I think the main seals are probably standard 32mm, but I need the seals for the air spring piston. No one seems to have them. The air spring seals include a foam ring of about 22mm inside and 28mm outside diameter, and I've not seen this size anywhere.
Any ideas?
Have you spoken to the guys at TF-Tuned?
Usually very helpful.
Thanks for the tip, they were indeed very helpful.
They said that the foam ring I was looking for didn't work very well and they throw them away when doing a service, so that's an easy fix!
