Have you checked eBay. Bought a secondhand 70mm OD2 one on eBay about a month ago, but recall there were some Asian sellers listing new ones, albeit with a longish delivery time.
I've a Ritchey 80mm one unused in my parts box if that would be close enough? 31.8mm / 1 1/4" steerer.
I never got round to using it and decided I like the 100mm on the road bike after all.

Funnily enough I have a similar question and issue. I have a spangly 90mm Zipp Service Course SL on my Defy, would like an 80mm. Anyone know if there are two versions - the 1 1/4" with shim to 1 1/8"(which is what I have and are like rocking horse shit it seems) or is there a normal 1 1/8" version as well?
Much as I'd like to keep my bars, stem (and now wheels...) matching I'd be interested in that Ritchey if the OP isn't @Euain
Mine is an XLC 1 1/4 steerer (1.25), 31.8mm bar, 70mm length, 6deg rise

Cheers Euain but found a Contact SL from a German ebay shop for £50 so gone with that, matches my bike!
If that works will have Zipp Service Course SL 90mm for sale soon should anyone be looking
